Jonathan Whitney is a seasoned Florida-based attorney with over 20 years of experience specializing in real estate law, resident-owned community representation, and the manufactured housing industry. Throughout his career, Jonathan has successfully conducted the purchase, sale, financing, and refinancing of numerous mobile home parks, commercial properties and personal residential properties, with transaction values ranging up to $110 million.
