Jonathan Whitney is a seasoned Florida-based attorney with over 20 years of experience specializing in real estate law, resident-owned community representation, and the manufactured housing industry. His practice focuses on complex transactions and association governance, providing strategic legal counsel to community associations, private operators, developers, and industry stakeholders. Throughout his career, Jonathan has successfully conducted the purchase, sale, financing, and refinancing of numerous mobile home parks, commercial properties and personal residential properties, with transaction values ranging up to $110 million. His extensive experience includes handling significant sales of cooperatively-owned and private operator-owned mobile home parks, as well as closing financing transactions for both lenders and borrowers.
