J. Matt Bobo

Matt Bobo was born and raised on Anna Maria Island, Florida. After high school, he attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Legal Studies. Matt attended law school at Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, and became a member of the Florida Bar Association in 2014.

In Matt’s practice, he has focused on representing mobile home communities and recreational vehicle communities across the state of Florida. The main focuses of his litigation experience are evictions, foreclosures, and abandonments. Additionally, he has represented clients in fair housing claims, local government matters, and various contract claims. He has been involved with the Florida Manufactured Housing Association and has provided seminars for clients and community managers.
